Match Information | Stafford Rangers (H)
Ahead of Tuesday night’s FA Cup replay at The Grove against Stafford Rangers. We would like to provide information for both sets of fans surrounding the arrangements on matchday.
- Tickets: This match will be segregated, but both sets of fans can still purchase tickets through the same link (🔗 https://ht-fc.ticketco.events/uk/en/e/staffordrangers?version=m)
- This match is not all-ticket, and there will be tickets available on the gate where there is capacity. To secure your spot at the game, please ensure you purchase your ticket via the link to avoid potential disappointment on the gate.
- Segregation: Yeltz fans must enter via Old Hawne Lane, while away fans must enter via Stourbridge Road. Our away end will include a bar and food outlet for our travelling fans.
- Fan Parking: Fans will be able to park on the rec (in-between The Grove & Yeltz Bar) tomorrow for a parking fee of £2 per car. Payment will be be cash only.
- Coach Drop-Off / Pick-Up: Away coaches will need to drop off and pick up outside the away-end gates on Stourbridge Road, Halesowen, B63 3UP.
- U18’s: Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult, unless they have an active youth membership.
- Searching: Bag searches and, where appropriate, supporter searches will be taking place on entry.
- Ticket Entry: Supporters must present a valid ticket for entry. Any ticket showing as already used or duplicated will not be accepted for entry and will need to be referred to the appropriate ticketing/club official.
- Supporter Information: Please advise us in advance of any known supporter-related issues or considerations that may assist our safety planning for the fixture. Please email support@ht-fc.co.uk in advance or speak to a steward at the ground if you have any issues.
- Flags / Drums: Please let us know if supporters are intending to bring any large flags, banners or drums so these can be dealt with appropriately on arrival.
- Accessibility: Please advise us of any known supporters requiring accessible entry, wheelchair spaces or other reasonable assistance.
