Player Depature | Jak Hickman
Halesowen Town FC can confirm that after over three years as a Yeltz player, Jak Hickman has departed the club.

Hicky made a total of 129 appearances for the club having first joined the Yeltz in March 2023 on an initial loan from then National League North side Banbury United, before the deal was made permanent in the summer after our promotion to step 3
Jak scored three goals and made 33 appearances in all competitions in our first season back at step 3 in the 2023/24 campaign, under both Paul Smith, and then Russ Penn

The Yeltz number 2 made 47 appearances in the 2024/25 season, where he made his first and only appearance with the captain’s armband against Leamington in the Birmingham Senior Cup
Hicky had his best season at the club in the last campaign, where he made 36 starts, and scored 5 goals in his 42 appearances in all competitions. Even scoring in back to back games in September last year against Stratford Town & Harborough Town.
Jak scored in his last appearance at The Grove in our final day win against AFC Sudbury, and accomplished the achievement of 100 club appearances last September during our FA Cup home game against Aveley.

Jak has been a hugely influential figure at the club, having also done a lot of work off the pitch with many football camps for young Yeltz fans to enjoy
We would like to give a huge thank you to Jak for his amazing contribution on and off the pitch for the club, and wish him all the best for the next move in his career, and the future 💙
