Season Ticket Holders: Collection Information
With the new season less than a week away, we’re excited to welcome everyone back to The Grove for the return of league football!
We’ve been busy behind the scenes getting everything ready for our continued march towards the National League and we’re really excited about some of the developments we’ve made over the summer!
Season Tickets
All season ticket holders will be able to get through the gate from our home opener against Barwell on Tuesday 12th August. Just head to the dedicated season ticket gate (next to the Old Hawne Road turnstiles) to collect your season ticket physical season ticket card.
Every season ticket holder should have already received an email with a five-letter fan reference code and a QR code for entry – both of these will also appear on your season ticket card. You can add your ticket straight to Google Pay or Apple Wallet using the QR code from your purchase confirmation email. On matchdays, you can scan the QR code from your phone or use your season ticket card at the turnstile.

Flexi Tickets
Flexi ticket holders can redeem as many of their 11 tickets as they’d like from the Barwell match onwards. Support will be on hand at the same dedicated season ticket/Flexi gate to make things easy and offer support where required.
We’ll share more details this weekend on how to use your Flexi tickets online, so keep an eye out for that. For any specific questions or concerns in the meantime, please email support@ht-fc.co.uk.
Season / Flexi Ticket entry and collection point:
You can collect your season ticket card or physical Flexi card (where this has been requested and approved) at the clearly marked collection point by the Old Hawne Lane gate on:
- Tuesday 12th August vs Barwell (from 18:15)
- Saturday 16th August vs Real Bedford (from 13:00)
Please arrive in good time if you’re collecting before kick-off.

We know not everyone wants to go digital, so we’ve kept things flexible – you can still turn up and buy tickets by card or cash on matchday as usual.
