Nicholls returns to The Yeltz
The Yeltz are delighted to announce that Craig Nicholls will join the club as Academy and Development Manager.
Chairman Keith McKenna remarked, "We already have Craig as our Academy Manager, but we have now expanded his responsibilities to include player development. This will ensure a clear pathway for academy and youth team players into the first team."
"He is a fantastic addition to the club, and we are committed to nurturing our young talents and providing them with guidance and opportunities to advance through the ranks. Craig will establish a new structure and collaborate closely with myself, Russ, and all the coaches to enhance our player development."
Craig is thrilled to return, saying, "When Keith & Russ reached out to me about becoming more involved with the club, it made perfect sense. The club means a great deal to me, and I've experienced the best times of my coaching/managerial career here."
"I sincerely hope to assist Russ by developing players who fit the mold and profile for the first team. The club's fans want to see youth players progressing and will support them, which is essential. We want fans to be excited about watching the youth, academy, and women's teams in the future. Russ Penn, the Manager, is thrilled about the appointment, stating, "Craig will be a fantastic addition to the staff at the football club."
